Tell me a story

Through the years I found myself without believing in any supreme being. I lost the faith I previously had when I started to study History because I saw how humans took advantage of something I considered special. However, last year my grandmother and grandfather died and I saw myself lost. On the other hand, my brother never lost his faith in God and Christ and the losses that we suffered only made him closer to religion. I did not want to believe that their path had just ended but I also couldn't believe that somewhere there was a Paradise waiting for them. At that time I was watching an Asian Series that talked about reincarnation and it gave me a new prespective of live. Even if I still don't consider myself religious, I started to believe that someday I will reencounter those who already left in another life.

That is to say that religion plays a big role in our life and how we understand the world surrounding us. I found myself interested in Asian mythology and religions and I thought that this was a good opportunity to broaden my knowledge in this area and still do what I like the most - drawing. I believe that through this concept I will better understand the Japanese society and culture and learn about new prespectives of life.
